77xc Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Player Rights & Obligations

By accessing the 77xc website at 77xc.ws, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you ("the Player") enter into a legally binding agreement with 77xc ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 77xc.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Continued use of 77xc following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an active 77xc account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement — 77xc does not permit accounts for individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of a third party.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting under duress or in a professional gambling capacity that violates any applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from 77xc or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any employee of 77xc or its partners, agents, or technology suppliers.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 77xc complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and valid contact details including a Pakistani mobile number. All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. Providing false registration data is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

77xc applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 77xc account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account login details with any third party.

• You may hold only one active account on 77xc. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the reason for their creation, violate these Terms & Conditions.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally performed that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 77xc support immediately.
• Account details, including name, CNIC number, and registered mobile number, may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual.
• 77xc is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has voluntarily shared their credentials.
• Players must keep their registered contact details current. 77xc communicates important account and regulatory notifications via the registered mobile number and email address on file.

All financial transactions on 77xc are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and cash deposit channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit. 77xc does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Wallet page. Standard processing is within 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment source used for deposit wherever technically possible. 77xc may request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Deposits made to fund gaming activity are non-refundable once wagers have been placed. If a deposit was made in error and no wager has been placed, contact support immediately.
• 77xc reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as stated in the fee schedule published on the platform.

77xc offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, PSL season specials, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC. Players who have not completed identity verification are not eligible to withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover requirement) that must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. This is stated per promotion.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim repeated welcome bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

77xc offers cricket sports betting, live casino games, premium slot games, and the Fierce Fishing arcade product. Each product category operates under the following general rules, with additional product-specific rules available within each respective section of the platform:

• Cricket Betting: All PSL, international, and T20 league markets are governed by the rules displayed in the betting section at the time the market is offered. Settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions are stated per market type. 77xc's trading team reserves the right to suspend markets, correct odds errors, or void bets in cases of manifest error or external result disputes.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games on 77xc are operated by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's RNG or live dealing process. 77xc is not responsible for technical interruptions during live sessions; disconnection rules are applied per provider specification.
• Slots: All slot games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. Progressive jackpot rules are stated per game title.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77xc platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way not authorised by 77xc.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical loopholes in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, casino games, or betting markets to manipulate outcomes or guarantee shared profits.
• Using the 77xc platform to fund or receive funds related to any illegal activity under Pakistani law or the laws of any relevant international jurisdiction.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, including minors, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77xc staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the 77xc platform — including but not limited to the 77xc brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77xc or its licensed third-party suppliers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 77xc platform without prior written authorisation.
• Screen recording, streaming, or reproducing live casino game feeds or cricket betting data from 77xc on third-party platforms is strictly prohibited without a formal data licence agreement.

77xc provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xc excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• 77xc is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• 77xc is not responsible for connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider outages that may affect your ability to place bets, access games, or complete financial transactions.
• 77xc's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

77xc is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We take responsible gaming seriously and offer the following tools to every registered player directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts after a defined period of continuous play. A session summary showing net result is displayed at the end of each timed session.

• If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 77xc platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

Where 77xc operates under an international online gaming licence, the terms of that licence and the regulations of the issuing authority form part of the regulatory framework within which 77xc operates. Players are advised that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and are solely responsible for verifying their local legal position before registering.
